Zoe [life]: of the absolute fullness of life; the state of one who is possessed of vitality; a life active and vigorous devoted to God

I desire to see individuals fully alive -- leading purposeful, passionate, pro-active lives. We were created for nothing less than fullness, fulfillment, and fruitfulness, yet our days are often void of such.

Embracing a productive yet balanced and joyful lifestyle is a continuous process. One's physical and mental states play a key role in influencing his or her livelihood or lack thereof. Fitness, travel, food, devotionals, and related subjects are a passion of mine, as are seeing hearts come alive, potentials realized, new adventures had, and breakthroughs take place. I believe our passions are to be used for the benefit of others.

My hope is for Zoe to simply be a source of Truth and encouragement with tools for growth for all who view its content, along with lots of destinations and tasteful ideas for you to consider. xo
